Emily Shen is a research analyst at Healthforce Center at UCSF. Her current projects focus on the dental and behavioral health workforce. She conducts literature searches, interviews stakeholders, and analyzes data on various topics related to the health workforce. Prior to joining UCSF, Emily worked as a research assistant at the Center for Health and The Social Sciences at the University of Chicago, and as an oral health policy fellow at Children Now.

She holds a B.A. in Neuroscience and Biological Sciences from the University of Chicago.
